You’re welcome Cindy. Haven’t been here on TM in quite some time....
yeah jill’s site may not be complete in any way but the archives still have a ton of chatter..but, to put all of the chatter simply, it ends in a freakin question mark. it’s like they are the modern day riddler, yknow what i mean?
I’m also with you on the electrical grid. remember the blackout we had in the northeast, for about 4 days in 2003? somewhere they took credit for that, from what i remember cuz they could bring some high level operatives in, cuz it was mania...every law enforcement officer was on the streets trafficking the streetlights.
we had a good 4 day bbq those 3-4 days...everyone came over with their meats that were about to go bad, we managed beer..it was fun. but, questionable.
i’m worried about EMP’s cuz we’ve only seen it in the movies (Goldeneye) but from what i’ve read, a nuke in the air would kill the power grid and make everything glow white..
then i take a look at the latest die hard movie, think about someone switching all traffic signals to green and the chaos.
possibilities are endless if you can get your hands on it, thats what makes them so slippery. we dont know wtf they are thinking..
but as for the electrical grid/emp thing, i’m not sure about that cuz it would be their style to wanna boast about it after on national tv or some tape. if every circuit is fried how would they get their msg across?
anyway just keep on guard everyone. its getting hot it seems.
The local man reportedly involved in the deadly suicide bombing in Mogadishu last week was a man and his 20s who left Seattle in 2007, according to a prominent spokesman for Somali-Americans. Omar Jamal, executive director of the Somali Justice Advocacy Center in Minnesota, says the young man was actively recruited by terrorists in Seattle who look for impressionable young men to fight overseas. Jamal has been tracking terrorist groups for years.
"There's high rate of high school dropouts. There's a high rate of unemployment. The economy is bad. And under those circumstances, they become very vulnerable," he said. The man's parents are in disbelief over speculations he may be linked to a terrorist organization, Jamal said. "They heard the news and they're waiting for confirmation," he said. "So far, they're being advised he's not alive anymore."
The FBI refused to comment on the details of the case, and only said it is looking into the reported Seattle connection. But if the reports turn out to be true, the man would be the third person to be recruited by a terror organization in Seattle.

Philly cops seek info on 2 taking subway pix
Fri, Sep. 25, 2009
Philadelphia police are trying to identify two men who were separately spotted photographing parts of the Broad Street subway line earlier this week. Aware that the mere mention of such activity could trigger terrorism fears, authorities were quick to note yesterday that neither incident seemed ominous. "We don't believe either one of these events are terrorism-related, or that there's any connection to what's been going on in New York," said Homeland Security Chief Inspector Joseph Sullivan, alluding to an alleged terrorist plot there that had led to three arrests.
The first incident in the local subways occurred about 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, when a bearded white man in his 20s apparently took pictures of the underground area at the Snyder Avenue stop in South Philadelphia, Sullivan said. SEPTA security cameras captured footage of the man, who had a backpack and a ponytail, as he left the station.
Shortly after 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, a SEPTA cashier noticed a clean-shaven "Middle Eastern" man with close-cropped hair taking pictures at the Lombard Street station, he said. The cashier confronted the man, who proceeded to show her images of other subway facilities on his camera. He then indicated that he was deleting the pictures and left, Sullivan said. No footage was taken of the man because the security cameras at the Lombard station were not working.

German subtitles - upcoming German election. Methinks they may try a Spain-like attack to influence the election.
Things are ramping up on the terror front. Who knows what other plots are ready to be implemented. The country doesn’t feel right. I don’t feel secure as I didn’t when President Bush and his administration was in charge. These are scary times.
I hope the Germans are on high alert.

Hope everyone has completed their preparations. I expect another attack any day now and live at security condition Orange.
My bug out kit is ready, although I don't expect to have to need it. It depends on wind direction and the nature of the attack. I plan to stay home if at all possible and so should everyone.
Short-term events will be handled easily for me. It's the long term that I'm still working out.
Hope everyone is healthy and happy.

NYC bomb plot suspect made trips to Canada
DENVERAn Afghan immigrant was on the verge of unleashing a terrorist attack on New York City on the Sept. 11 anniversary but was scared off after drawing suspicion from police, prosecutors said Friday as they provided new details about how far along the plot was.
They also told court Friday that Najibullah Zazi made two trips to Canada, but did not elaborate on specifically where or when those trips occurred.
Federal prosecutor Tim Neff did not indicate if U.S. authorities knew the reasons for those trips.
