If this passes, Plan B is to delay or deny any taxable transaction, like raise the exemptions at work to lower payroll tax, and end up owing at the end of every year, to be paid April 15, the last possible date

Johanns just gave a damned good address. Can’t disagree with a word. If this bill has an immediaste impact it will be psychological. Good togive the country a lify. BUT does anyone really believe in it?
