The guy was just an avg joe that could have been a union member who was patriotic. He heard it in a Dem meeting which may have been some union thing. He woul dbe smart to leave that out.
He said it all really kicks in 2011 and 2012 before the election. They will have a patronage army of Dem voters bigger than the US Army is what the guy said. It was credible because he had nothing to gain by lying.
