Where did McCain show his? Who did he give it to?

Someone claimed on another site that McCain presented it to Congress, but I have not run that down and am going to church now.

Decision in lawsuit in NH claiming John McCain was not natural born.

Presented to the court by plaintiff as his authentic birth certificate, do a search as this defaults to the main page.
