What you don't seem to understand is that that does not itself prove the assertion that a seal used on documents issued in 2006 and 2008 could not or would not have been used on a document issued in 2007.

Without some sort of substantiation from the Hawaii Department of Health that it was not possible for such a seal to have been used on a certificate issued in 2007, all one can say is that Obama's 2007 certificate has the same seal on it as certificates issued in 2006 and 2008. That's it. No other meaningful conclusions can be drawn.

You're grasping at straws. They alternate the seal design from year to year. This isn't something that is done arbitrarily. For example, the border design is alternated from year to year. The border on a 2007 CoLB is different from one in 2008. The borders and seals are supposed to match for the corresponding year. Again, alternating of designs isn't done for arbitrary reasons.
