Well no matter what Palin is always wrong. If she had left the kid at home she would have also been critisized.

POS hypocrite judge ought to STFU. Every politician’s children if shown to the public can be equally accused of being used as props, whether they are disabled in any way or not. If Palin had not shown her son in public on at least some occasions, then the Left would have savaged her for that. The Left is fundamentally hypocritical and dishonest.

I saw somewhere that the mayor of Bristol Ct piled on Sarah today too with a comment about the story that her daughter not only was named after Bristol Bay and the Bristol Diner where she once worked, but also after Bristol CF where Espn is located.
This is not a word for word quote, but the comment he made was on the line of good thing Sarah didn’t come to Bristol, you can’t see Russia from here.

Judge Buchwald, what part of: "We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness" don't you understand?

Why do you see Sarah Palin's infant child as a prop and not Obama's children or any other politician's children as props?  Or is the word “prop” reserved only for those who don't conform with your limited standards for living?

What this judge is really saying is that Sarah should have aborted her baby because in her view having a baby that isn't considered “normal” should be eliminated. To these leftists, life isn't God's gift because: 1) they don't believe in God, and 2) a gift is something they choose, not something that is given.

They choose when to have a baby and when to abort another baby. They choose who lives and who dies, because in the end, there are no bigger entities other than themselves.

Buchwald, 62, was appointed by former President Bill Clinton.

And Bill Clinton wasn't considered as Liberal as Obama, who was ranked as the number one leftist in the senate. Just imagine the kind of activist judges Obama will appoint to the courts!

We are in for a big surprise when Obama starts appointing radical leftist judges whose job will be administering their activism from the bench.

What is also disturbing is that the judge decided to take the time to rant about something not related to the case at hand. She looked for an excuse to whinge and rant about Sarah Palin.

And the Clinton appointee failed to mention the hundreds of “Trig’s Kids” of Downs Syndrome children that would meet Sarah Palin at her rallies. The Press did not like showing that.
