President Obama will likely order the Department of Defense's Military Commission to withdraw charges against terrorist suspect Abd al-Rahim al-Nashiri. The charges may later be reinstated in a military commission or pursued in a civilian court. He is doing away with the military commissions just as he said he would. This is a move he will regret IMO.
Will the Justice Department move on this guy or will he be allowed to just slip away in time?
Any civilian court trial will be a circus like the Zacarias Moussaoui trial ended up.

Tehy’ll try these guys in LA and they’ll all have their own reality show after they’re found not guilty.

My opinion is that they should have been tried immediately on the battlefield.
But when they get injected into the civilian system, even I would have to release them because of the length of time without a speedy trial.
They do not belong in the civilian system. If even I think I would have to release them to follow the law, liberal judges will almost assuredly drop them.
