A RESOLUTION affirming States rights based on Jeffersonian principles.
Whereas the Constitution of the State of New Hampshire, Part 1, Article 7 declares that the people of this State have the sole and exclusive right of governing themselves as a free, sovereign, and independent State; and do, and forever hereafter shall, exercise and enjoy every power, jurisdiction, and right, pertaining thereto, which is not, or may not hereafter be, by them expressly delegated to the United States of America in congress assembled; and
Whereas the Constitution of the State of New Hampshire, Part 2, Article 1 declares that the people inhabiting the territory formerly called the province of New Hampshire, do hereby solemnly and mutually agree with each other, to form themselves into a free, sovereign and independent body-politic, or State, by the name of The State of New Hampshire; and
Whereas the State of New Hampshire when ratifying the Constitution for the United States of America recommended as a change, First That it be Explicitly declared that all Powers not expressly & particularly Delegated by the aforesaid are reserved to the several States to be, by them Exercised; and
Whereas the other States that included recommendations, to wit Massachusetts, New York, North Carolina, Rhode Island and Virginia, included an identical or similar recommended change; and

I need no preconceived notions, I know what it must be like for you. I left the DPRM (Democratic Peoples Republic of Maryland) for VA. You can do it. You are miserable there. Admit it. Alone, isolated, surrounded by libtard Yankees. How far off am I?
Extremely far off.
To: Durus
Sorry. I didn’t realize that MA and NH have issues. Never mind.

Heaven forbid I can't be a conservative because of where I live, or where I was born. Rhetorical I'm sure.
So forgive me if I was tweaking their noses with a few absurdly-worded preconceived notions of my own.
Understood, but in doing so you are contributing to the hijacking of a thread that IMHO deserves some unemotional discussion, the North/South thing notwithstanding.
Free Republic is going soft.
As evidenced by many on this very thread, but consider the ramifications of this particular act by NH. Will it actually grow some legs? Who knows. This I know, there is a tremendous amount of anger and frustration in the country at a runaway feral(but I repeat myself) government. Anything, and I mean anything that might work towards reining in the beast should be welcomed - with open arms. ESPECIALLY on Free Republic. IMHO of course.

Its folks like you who have destroyed New England. Please keep hyperventilating---it's hysterical. You're like James Otis ranting and raving on Boston Common after John Robinson hit him in the squash. Who in the world do you think you're addressing here---the Stamp Act Congress?
Honestly, do you even realize you're doing your foolish act on a thread where some complete idiot wrote "succeed" instead of "secede" in the very title?

...it may be the folks up there are opposed to the Prosperity Partnership of North America agreement. To be sure, their "cessation" document, having covered most of the bases, doesn't really shed any light on why they got their drawers in a bunch. BUT, if they want to turn NH into the Peoples Republic of New Hampshire, more power to 'em. It is in fact if not in practice, their right.

Me neither. Unfortunately, they outnumber us. Not wanting to relive the Alamo, I'm looking for a plan B.

It's hard to be serious on a thread that needs a flying cat or a "p'owned" graphic in order to make it more legitimate. Instead of offering up what is an unfounded personal opinion, make your case. I asked you before what you would submit as an alternative action to taser the feral government. Are you only marginally good at criticizing others?

You keep saying it's an inferiority complex hopefully, like if you claim it enough it will be true.
Sorry that a person cut you off. Assuming that it was the NH drivers fault, which seems a little odd considering, then I apologize on his behalf. I get cut off by MA drivers almost everyday. They are what? The 3rd worst state in terms of drivers in the nation? This is not exactly a clear cut case of NH's purported inferiority complex.
Some industries are built around the populace in the area including MA. I fail to see how this proof of an inferiority complex.
What taxes are you referring to? Sales taxes? You can buy stuff anyplace you want no one is making you pay taxes you don't want to pay, unlike MA requiring those NH residents that work in MA, to pay a state income tax. Speaking of taxation without representation.
It's isn't readily apparent why anyone from NH has any reason at all to feel inferior to MA...unless they are socialists and feel that NH isn't keeping up.

52% to 48%? Where the variance is mostly women (that don't shave) and effete men (that don't need to shave) while people like you and I own all the guns...and you are honestly talking about retreating? As if victory would be much difficult then surrounding the cities and starving them out?
Just like the elections, if it actually came down to a fight, the only way we lose is to not really get in the game.
