This report (link), hot off the press, signifies a victory for Norm Coleman in the election contest with Al Franken: the court hearing the contest has ruled that "all absentee ballots that complied with state law should be counted, along with those where errors occurred through no fault of the voter." Franken has been trying to prevent a number of ballots that complied with state law from being counted.

If that's the case, I'd almost be willing to lay odds that Franken has tax problems.
Any truth in the matter that Coleman and his wife put a $750K addition to his home? How could he afford that kind of a home?
Is he a self made millionaire or something?
Loved seeing it next to Coleman on several threads.
Democrats, gotta love their style!
If you do that, you might lose your membership in the Checkered Pants Honorariums For Life Country Club. That and the MSM may write mean things about you.
In my mailbox, from Norm.....
Dear Friend,
I wanted to make sure that you heard the good news that came down from the three-judge panel this afternoon. The case we’ve presented to the contest panel has been very simple: Count every valid vote and count every valid vote only once. We know that we are fighting on the right side of the issue, and the contest panel took a strong step to recognizing that in ruling that 4,800 absentee ballots that may have been wrongly rejected should be reviewed! Al Franken wanted to limit it to just 650 ballots.
Franken and his legal team have made every effort to keep these ballots—and potentially valid votes—from being counted. They have tried to maintain their artificial lead by silencing the voices of Minnesota voters who legally cast their ballots on Election Day.
Today’s ruling proves what we have been saying all along: That there were significant problems during the recount.
This ruling is only the beginning. We still need your help.
Al Franken and Harry Reid have shown they are not going to stop here. They are going to the Minnesota Supreme Court Thursday to continue their efforts to short-circuit the Minnesota process. We need your help to stop Harry Reid from trying to seat Al Franken before the Minnesota contest is over. Harry Reid sees Al Franken as the vote he needs to create a filibuster-proof U.S. Senate.
Please consider making a contribution of $25, $50, or $100 immediately to help us keep fighting for the rights of Minnesota voters.
Al Franken has George Soros raising money to fund his legal efforts. Your help and support have gotten us this far, please help us ensure that we have the resources we need to see Senator Coleman re-elected and sworn-in as Minnesota’s senior Senator.
Thank you for everything you have done.
Sincerely,
Cullen Sheehan
Campaign Manager, Coleman for Senate
Exactly!
Sometime in very late 2000, wasn't it Ann Coulter who defined the Dims' core constituency as "the stupid?"
The question then becomes, of course, "How do you get the stupid to vote?"
Well, for starters, you get them absentee ballots so someone else can do their voting for them...
Just one question:
If Coleman does win, who will he vote with in the Senate:
The GOP or the Dimocrats?
Hmmm?
Wow! This is great. I'll be praying for Coleman.
Franken is disgusting.
It's so interesting to see how the foul Democrat politicians -- who insist upon taxing us into oblivion and controlling every aspect of our lives -- actually live (e.g. refusing to pay THEIR taxes and doing whatever the hell they want). This is EXACTLY the kind of arbitrary elitist aristocratic power that brought about the US Revolutionary War, is it not?.
I don’t understand why if there were two counts and there were different winners why does the Franken one dictate the result?
That’s good to hear. MN is an odd place to give Franken so many votes.
Well, they knew how many votes they needed to manufacture.
He looks like he is made out of Play-Do!

Wasn't Gary Coleman just arrested for drunken driving of a motor home?
Oh, I’m well aware of the basis. I’m just informing those who are not from the region that in the Upper Midwest, rural areas cannot be assumed to be conservative.
The dems only want Franken to win because he represents 60 votes for them in the senate. They don’t care if he’s another liar added to the bunch .. in fact Franken should feel right at home.
That 60 votes would give the dems everything they want .. and the GOP would be out in the cold .. their “reaching across the isle” would be of no value (which it already was .. but the GOP is blind to it).
I’m disappointed in this decision. The court failed to note how many times each ballot can be counted! /sac/
Because unfortunately the so-called more accurate manual recount was the last count, even though the demoRATs cheated & scammed by using a machine recount in one precinct in Mpls because they just KNEW that an envelope of 133 ballots was missing.... which sent 46 more votes to Frankenstein than Coleman. And numerous other inconsistences in demwit precints, all par for the course.
Remember in WA state in 2004, Dino Rossi won the 2 machine recounts but lost the 3rd & final manual recount when the dims kept finding 10,000 ballots, than another 150 ballots, then ballots here, ballots there.... the moment the count favored Christine Fraudoire by THREE votes, she declared herself to be the winner. In the end it was 110 votes or so, and the RINO coward SOS immediately certified Fraudoire as the governor. Went to court, duly noted the inconsistencies numbering in the thousands, and the demoRAT court judge promptly ruled the election results were valid and would stand. That is how demoRATs cheat & steal & win close elections when you can always count on liberal corrupt judges to rule in demoRATs favor. I give Norm Coleman no more than 10% chance that he will now be able to pull this one out.
Thanks for the ping!
