He met with the Justices of the Supreme Court the other day, and the pic I saw of it was all smilin’, laughin’, jokin’ around.
He’s got them in his hip pocket.
I can think of at least 4 he doesn’t have. You’re seeing “smiles” because cameras were there and the conservative justices are, if nothing else, gracious.
Wanna see how they really feel - next hear at Zero’s State of the Union Show - keep your eye on the justices in the front row. The justices usually do not applaud during the SOTU Show - but watch Scalia’s face - when Clinton gave his SOTU, it was fixed in an almost permanent scowel - as if Scalia couldn’t stand sitting that close to him.
T SCOTUS said no cameras no press. He brought his own photographer, posed the pictures and released them to the press. He's all smiles leaning on the back of the CJ's chair with the appearance that all is well....
THINK. He just did the opposite of what the SCOTUS had laid down as rules and then spit in their collective faces....Looks at their body language: crossed arms, no smiles or strained smiles.....He may have just opened himself to a sum of their WA!
Samuel Alito was not at that meeting. Alito was the asst then U.S. Attorney for NJ. He has experience in prosecuting criminals and organized crime.
This is one of the first responses they have made in a case that I have seen. I think the military plaintiffs should be a concern for them.
Also someone posted a message here about Obama requiring the military starting in July to make their oath to the office of the president and not the Constitution. The message was locked by Jim??
Dr. Orly Taitz is planning a military case with at least 50 plaintiffs. She needs to get about 100,000 or more so SCOTUS or Obama can tell the U.S. military they have no standing.
Yeah just go get killed on the battlefield but you have no protection under The Constitution. We are not serfs.
I still think SCOTUS will do something but if not - send up military plaintiff cases on a weekly basis.
