1. Ms. Palin has not yet tried for the presidency; she was a complete unknown and probably surprised herself that she got picked for the vp slot.

2. I won't be alive if I have to wait for her to take three shots at being elected (2012, 2016, 2020). Moreover, given the repubs "ability" to pick the very very best candidate to run for president (remember mcidiot???), I don't think (IMHO) she has a snowball's chance in "H E Double Toothpicks" of even being selected the candidate.

3. That I recall...Reagan was never seriously smeared or destroyed by the MSM before he ran the first time.

Hence...the repubs had better find someone else...and fast!
