If Osama Bin Laden is captured today
Will it be by American soldiers, Delta Force, CIA Special Activities Division, Afghan warlords, allies,
OR
Will the FBI need to go along on the mission?
Will those sent after Bin Laden be sent as assassins?
Will those sent after Bin Laden go with the intent to capture?
Will they have to read him Miranda rights in the cave?

“War on Terror”
I believe the term moving forward will be more like “police action on terror.”
I predict we're going to be hearing less and less about Bin Laden as the time goes by in this administration.
You are more likely to hold Obama’s birth certificate in your own two hands.
Biden said we knew where he is. He’s in Pakistan. OR Afghanistan.
That’s like saying I know what I want to eat. Hamburgers. Or Fried Fish.
Obama has now said that catching Obama is NOT crucial to winning the war on terror.
Moving goal posts and campaign rhetoric.

Pelosi Shrugs off Alcatraz as Possible Terror Detention Facility (more Liberal hypocrisy)
I think Alcatraz would be the perfect place.
I have to look more at the reports from today about Gates being questioned by Levin. The articles so far have vague wording. I know their used to be a neither confirm nor deny policy with the strikes. A complete transcript would be better.

-Headline versus content, etc.
...and Gates is there to be fired when Obama changes his mind about the wisdom of predator strikes. It's the only reason that I can see that he was retained in the first place.
“I know their used”
Awesome.
there
How do you capture a corpse that even the bugs finished with long ago?
Yes indeed. If they have to bring them to America, that's the only place that I think they should be put.
*************************EXCERPT from Link at post # 30****************************
Gates spoke to the Senate Armed Services Committee in his first comments to Congress as President Obama's defense secretary.
In response to a question from committee Chairman Carl Levin, D-Michigan, Gates said the strikes will continue to target terrorists who have based themselves across the border from Afghanistan.
"Let me just say, both President Bush and President Obama have made clear that we will go after al Qaeda wherever al Qaeda is. And we will continue to pursue this," Gates said.
Asked by Levin whether Pakistan is aware of this continued pursuit, Gates replied simply, "Yes, sir."
