Reich, it turns out, is not only a dwarf, he is mindlessly prejudiced against other dwarves.

The official height for a dwarf is 4'10", so Reich claims he is 4'10.5", thereby expecting to not be mistaken for one ~ a regular Adolph Eichman sort of defensive measure.

This guy could run a death camp or a gulag. Definitely a nasty piece of work.
