Rush is great, but how do we get middle America to listen to him? How do we get the college kids and those from 25 to 35 to listen to him? How do we get kids who are no longer taught how to think for themselves to question everything they hear and to search for the truth?
It has to start in our own homes with our own children. My children are college educated 20somethings, both listen to Rush, are posters here on FR and vote Conservative.
Educate and enthusiastically encourage the young people you know to become interested in our government. Talk to them about patriots - past and present, etc.. Loan books to them and talk with them about what they read. Tell them about sites like http://www.heritage.org/. Turn them on to Rush, Sean, Mark, Michelle, Laura, et al.
Encourage those who are already interested to become active and join, or start, a group of Young Republicans , http://www.youngrepublicans.com/, or Young Conservatives, http://www.yaf.org/ , etc.
One of my nieces is having the time of her life as a Young Republican.
