She did not know what a barrel shroud is but she put a prohibition of barrel shrouds in her proposed legislation.

Yep. And the comment by her at the end of the video about a barrel shroud “being that shoulder thing that goes up” displayed her ignorance about folding stocks, too. Pretty clear that she didn’t know what either was called. Seems to me an elected representative should have at least some basic knowledge of what she’s trying to ban.
