I did see a clip of Biden swearing in cabinet members (I think?), and he actually made a joke about the Chief Justice’s mistake. Obama stood there with a p.o.’d look on his face.

At a ceremony today where Biden was swearing in some White House staff, Biden asked for a copy of the oath and said "My memory's not as good as Justice Roberts'..." People in the audience laughed and said "oooh". Obama didn't smile, looked a little annoyed and put his hand on Biden's arm as if to say "move on."

Biden was trying to make a joke to the press about Roberts not being able to remember the oath and Obama was furious. They showed a clip on TV and the look on "that One's" face was priceless.
