Not pregnant, it's just that a lot of her body fat collects around her mid-section. Her stomach area is distended, and her hips very wide. Put this atop a ling pair of bowed legs and it's not a pretty picture! LOL
She might look into buying a few of those (I forget what they're called!! LOL) undergarments that women used to wear and they strung up very tightly to give the appearance of an hourglass figure.
