I have observed over the years that this is how it usually goes, even when a person has been definitively determined to be not guilty. It always takes several weeks to actually get them out. I have no idea what the reason for that is, but it is business as usual with these kinds of things.
I agree. Yet the architect of a a 50 billion dollar stock scam has yet to see one day behind bars. And probably will be let off with a slap on the wrist “due to knowledge of who allowed him to continue”. Just like old sloppy got for stuffing US secrets in his pants.
