Our nation is undergoing a "new birth of freedom," sayeth the Lincolnesque symbolic Messiah, the great Berry Hussein O'Bummer.
Only this time, to ensure freedom and equality for all "our" people, we must make certain sacrifices. For example, we must sacrifice religious freedom, economic freedom, individual liberty, and our national sovereignty.
That is all.
Ask not what you can can do for your country. Ask what your country can do to you.

Watch, listen, pass on. We are a Republic headed into a Democracy which will end in mob rule anarchy and then begging for order culminates in an Oligarchy.
Republic means Rule of Law. Either we are a Nation of Laws (Constitution) or we are doomed to become subjects and not free people in an Oligarchy.
Didn’t Castro say stuff like that when he took over Cuba?
Or Hitler?
Chavez?
Nah! Nothing to see here!
Here’s my thought, TP2U - if He is drawing things to a close (and using “the one” in that process), we can rejoice! Remember - we’re just passing through.
Of course not. He’s Kenyan.

Yes, I get a little excited thinking about that.
Egad! Where have you been for the past 50 years?
The Republic completely disappeared during the 30's & 40's. The 16th & 17th saw to that.
We are serfs in the final stages of a social-democracy's unstoppable (by any civilized means) descent into abject tyranny.
The last, and greatest, danger to this Nation is posed by those who continue to think in terms of a world that no longer exists.
The government that’s big enough to tell you who your messiah is is big enough to tell you what you will sacrifice for him.
I have just got my black BDU pants and shirt out of the dryer to wear to work on Tuesday.
