No, not if the homosexual just sits there. But bodily fluids to include semen, blood, saliva, feces and urine are considered hazardous especially when the source is possibly HIV infected. And yes gay men have a higher incidence of HIV and AIDS than the others.

If you doubt that these fluids will be present then do a little research on other such events. The Folsom Street Fair for example had people urinating on each other in public among many other activities.
