Rush was in the audience at the White House for the Freedom Awards. You can clearly see him in the video released by the WH. Doubt he met with the great exalted One, the messiah.
What is distressing is the story coming out that Obama pre-designates which reporters will ask him questions at press conferences. If you are not in favor, you will not be called on. Not a good sign, IMO.

Not a good sign, IMO.No different than when the T.V. reporter out of FL...asked Biden some questions he didn't like. And that whole station was banned....
Not unlike the MO sheriff and lawyers smack down of anti-Obama speech there.
Why would things be different now?
