Here are a couple of reasons why throwing your support behind Micahel Steele is FAR more important than wasting another moment explaining why Chip Saltsman didn't "do anything wrong."
Michael Steele for RNC Chairman!
AnyStreet: The Michael Steele Project
And here is what you do to make this happen. Don't wait—please do it now!
Well said! The ultimate "October surprise", even though it was November.
Schumer's causing the Indy Mac collapse was the triggering "call to arms" to all the marxist-supporting financiers.
Maryland “Freak State” PING!
Make sure to read the comments, and not just the article, on this one.
So what?
See #9. I’m just being the straight man here.
That’s called fudging. At the time he was running for the Senate in Maryland. This guy is a conservative. No one is a 100%er on every issue.
Besides, your post 5 was about Steele not owning firearms. One can support the 2nd Amendment and still make a personal decision not to own a firearm.
No, it's called subtlety. Steele had some funny ads for his Senate run and seems like a nice guy, but in his interviews for the GOP job indicated that he had no guns. Maybe he had some in the past? Not having experience with guns is like not having experience with raising some kids yourself, but working on preserving society for future generations.
Being against the 2nd amendment is being against the Constitution. Being against the Constitution is a deal breaker. No more RINOs. W was the last one.

Sorry, but you don’t seem to understand the 2nd Amendment. It is about the FREEDOM to own firearms - not the obligation to own them.
You can have Steele all you want. If he wants to further restrict gun ownership and use by Americans, he is PNG with me. No Thanks.
Leave him in the dust. He is ignorant of our true values and is nothing but a pawn...
“No one is a 100%er on every issue.”
I am. If a candidate, politician or functionary is not 100% in support of the Constitution of the United States, then I am 100% against them and often contribute money to defeat them. Steele is an elitist, anti-2nd Amendment, quasi-conservative. Fork him, he’s done.
See my post #9, obfuscator.
Definition to clarify:
ob·fus·cat·ed, ob·fus·cat·ing, ob·fus·cates
1. To make so confused or opaque as to be difficult to perceive or understand: “A great effort was made . . . to obscure or obfuscate the truth” Robert Conquest.
2. To render indistinct or dim; darken: The fog obfuscated the shore.
Where does he stand on the gun issue? I’ve seen how gun owners are treated in that state and I don’t want that kind of influence having anything to do with the Republicans for the 2010 mid-terms or the 2012 reelection campaign.
We gun owners have been doublecrossed too often by Republicans and if he’s one of those, that’s ten good reasons right there to not support him.
If he’s a supporter of the Assault Weapons ban, I don’t want anything to do with him.

GOPAC. If he’s hooked up with GOPAC, he’s one of Gingerich’s gang and Gingerich is a gungrabber. He sponsored a magazine ban, HR-1400 in the 102nd Congress and that would have required us to put a serial number on any magazine over fifteen rounds, and registration and two hundred dollar transfer taxes.
Gingerich also doublecrossed us after the 94 mid-term elections and with friends like that, we most certainly don’t need enemies. So I can’t support Steele and I won’t support Gingerich, which is topical because he’s making Presidential noises.
Steele: Eric Holder and I are good friends. I like the guy.....He’s a good guy.
nuf said.
Everyone is 100% to himself, but not necessarily to another. There are always minor points of disagreement among conservatives that do not usually signal outright abandonment of the Constitution.
