So, one of our resident constitutional scholars weighs in and says this issue is beating all kinds of odds against it. That means it has credibility. It is no longer honorable for someone to try to portray conservatives who are fighting this battle as tinfoil hat conspiracists. It has been a credible issue for quite a while now.
