They were Scoop Jackson type dems who switched parties starting back in the 60’s, real surge came during Carter,
and again during Clinton

Actually, you should be educating others on this thread as to whom neo-cons are. To be specific, Irving Kristol is one of the original Trotsky-ite neo-cons who favor the gradual implementation of socialism over violently imposed socialism.
