if it is a genuine hoax done by the taxi drivers, the phone calls to my friend were real
family members who just got off the phone with their kids in NYC who had it happen to them
people who have active fatwas against them and are almost immune to fear at this point got seriously spooked
and the usual gang of idiots on FR refuse to actually read the article they try to trash, make statements that are supposed to be conclusive that are in total contradiction to what was posted, and yet, dont get it when the original poster is dumbfounded they would make their ignorant and unlearned statements

Next time, just post it to PM again. Especially to the people with ping lists. I don’t have one, but many do.
Some may think this is a hoax. I pray nothing happens. A simple “Be aware of your surroundings” hurts no one.
And if this thread can keep something from happening, your reward will not come on FR but rather with Our Lord himself.
So the police have received many hoax calls that they have to “take seriously”...so the story is spreading a lot. Thanks for the warning.
I appreciate your coming forward with your personal experiences through people you know, and the other information. Whether it was a hoax by taxi drivers, or a real threat which is prevented, or something happens, we may not know (except for the third possibility).
It makes me ashamed that so many members here are trashing you like this.
Other freepers who may learn about possible threats from people they know will think twice about posting anything after seeing the offensive treatment you’re receiving.
