Ford Sees December Industry Sales Down as Much as 40% (Update2)

Jan. 2 (Bloomberg) — Ford Motor Co. said U.S. auto sales industrywide fell 35 percent to 40 percent last month, meaning total purchases of cars and light trucks for 2008 will be about 13.2 million units, the lowest since 1992.

The battle of Gaza is therefore the second between Israel and Iran in two and half years, the first being the 2006 conflict with Hezbollah (which, lest we forget, was kicked off when Hamas kidnaped three Israeli soldiers).

All done deliberately to draw Israel into conflict...assuming that the world's condemnation would fall down all over Israel, while excusing Hamas/the Palis as "victims." But THIS time, I think Israel is so fed up with it that they are determined to go the "extra" mile to get rid of the Hamas vermin. Good for them! As for the Hamas vermin....the "moderates" (countries) around them ought to wake up and see where the future lies, and it doesn't lie with the scumbag terrorists controlling Gaza, Syria and Iran!

I am doing a term paper now on Gore's claimed polar bear drowning.
Almost every peer reviewed paper is nothing more than a massaging of predetermined "facts" packaged as a thinly failed plea for more funding.
Most science today is nothing more than an f***ing scam.
Universities produce more and more PhDs which need to publish ANYTHING to keep viable and the more extreme, alarmist, and conformist, the more funding.
It's a scam and it's disgusting.

The late, great Michael Crichton had it right when he said that scientific funding needs to be blind or double blind, ASAP!
