Jan 3 (Reuters) - With a close Minnesota race still undecided, Democrats will hold no more than 59 seats in the new 100-member U.S. Senate that convenes on Jan. 6.
That means Democrats will need the help of at least a few Republicans to hit the 60 votes required to clear procedural roadblocks known as filibusters.

The list of RINO turncoats:
- John McCain (AZ)
- Susan Collins (ME)
- Olympia Snowe (ME)
- Arlen Specter (PA)
- George Voinovich (OH)

Which means they have 64 votes. Sounds like a supermajority to me. And only three votes away from the 2/3 necessary to do so much more permanent damage.
Can I stop defending them now?

Republican Commissars Warning: By joining this ping list, you may be subjected to the delusional rants and ramblings of McCainiacs, of "moderate" Republicans, of pragmatic conservatives resigned to voting for the lesser of two Democrats, and of countless GOP shills who simply want to meet a new overlord. |

U.S. Socialists get all the help they need from their confused/complicit/collectivist brethren republicrats, otherwise we wouldn’t be in this mess today.

We need the firm GOP senators to stand up, and we need to convince the RINOs to sit down or face political ruin and pink slips.

These RINOS will be used for cover for the Democrat socialist plans. I call em COLLABORATORS.
To: rabscuttle385
Indeed, we can absolutely count on those five to further destroy the Republic.
Doesn’t Pansy Graham belong on the list with his lover McQueeg?

Graham and Warner need to be on that list, too..Well, Warner is gone, replaced by a Democrat with the same last name. Graham is still kicking, though.

U.S. Senate Republicans will need alot of Democratic help to overcome Socialist policies to be introduced by incoming administration.

I USED TO attend AMWAY meetings/functions, because I had "caught the dream".
The excitement and enthusiasm is just phenominal and intoxicating.
The "yes you can" attitude is adopted by osmosis.
And a little further into the program, I am taught to follow my upline in any/every thing .. and I will be successful.
To ANY amway distributors that may be here ... I don't mean to slam you .. I pray a prosperous new year for you.
But I cannot shake the parallel of how I'm watching politics work and all the PMA I experienced about 20 years ago.
How do you swing an (assumed) opposing 'doctrine' (republicanism vs. democrats) unless someone dangles a dream greater than America as a goal?
The dream, yes I can, prosperity, financial security, power ... waayyy too many parallels.
