It was stated that citizens can write to their members of Congress and request them to call for a point of order to question Obama’s qualifications. That if a Congress member receives this request in writing and notarized, it is his/her duty to raise the point of order on the floor.

I had not heard that before, but the caller said it is evident under the First Amendment in that it amounts to a petition of redress of grievances. Calling on knowledgeable Freepers to explain further!

Can any of you explain this point of order form? WHat it must say....etc.? Even give us a blank form to use.
