The proof burden here is on those (like many on this thread) who say that he was born in Kenya, that he never had a US passport, that he traveled to Pakistan on an Indonesian passport, that there is a "port of entry" document that "allegedly" proves that he arrived here at the age of four days.
Got even the slightest bit of proof of any of this? Show it and I'll get the party started.
He doesn’t have to produce any of it, but every other man and woman running for president has had every one of those issues scrutinized. His records are sealed. Why?
His long-form birth certificate is sealed - why?
Believe me, I was skeptical at first, until the short form COLB was produced. Actually, different versions of the COLB and clearly forged, were produced.
Based on what I’ve read and researched, even if he was born in Hawaii, he’s not eligible for POTUS. At the time he was born, his mother was not old enough to confer citizenship. Plus, at that point in time, the father conferred citizenship.
Then I got to thinking about my own background. If you take a look at my short form certificate, it would appear as though I’m eligible for POTUS. It’s only on my long form birth certificate that you’d see that I was an anchor baby. Five years after I was born, my folks became citizens. Part of the instruction from the INS to my folks at the time was to tell them that any children born prior to their naturalization could not be president. I’ve known this all my life. My situation was under the 1952 Naturalization Act - the same one which was in effect when Obama was born.
Long story short, he’s not eligible. On top of that, that there are/were 20 plus lawsuits and all O had to do was release his long form to make those suits go away - gives me pause. McCain released his. Ronald Reagan has his for public viewing at the Reagan Library. It doesn’t seem like such a big deal to release it. It sure seems that O’s team is working overtime to keep it locked up. Why?
