The scrutiny given the application for one- is negligible or nonexistent for a newly elected Senator. One of Obummer’s imperious minions, after his selection to US Senate, would merely snap a finger and State would have issued him a VIP passport for his “official travel”. And no doubt he considers all his travel as official and VIP. So his having a US passport NOW, does not eliminate doubts as to his US citizenship
Frankly, all of the US Constitution is based on “technicalities”... it is merely one man's opinion or another what is a “technicality”. That is the whole reason for the USSC. They determine black and white from gray “technicalities. Otherwise, we have chaos as each person makes their own decision what is a mere “technicality”. We are in sad shape that even the Founder's efforts to be precise with enumerated powers are now mere “technicalities” having been destroyed by the uncontrolled actions of unchallenged legislative and executive branches. Congressman Ron Paul tried to challenge Congress unconstitutional revenue raising actions and was told he did not have "standing". Thus far in trying to challenge Obummer, "no one has STANDING"
If defined citizenship is a “technicality” to Obummer, then so are other parts of the US Constitution, soon tbd. Pick that carcass of its “technicalities” often enough and soon it will wither.
We are now exposed to a clean cut articulate (with pharmaceutical help) hustler like Obummer, to stand up there with his bony hand on Lincoln's Bible, swearing under “God” to support and defend the Constitution he just pimped, having pulled the supreme audacious scam of US history, with full compliance of the public, the govt and media, to lead us further away from being one nation under a Constitutional framework, and into the moral and civil jungle of “whasshappeningnow”
Have often wondered if the reason Michelle did not travel with him on his Summer Tour was because she didn’t have or couldn’t get a passport....Just a thought.
