His mother was an American citizen. I know full well that the law in operation at the time did not allow her, due to her age, the right to confer on Obama national-born citizen status if he were born outside the U.S.
Nevertheless, it is a technicality. He is the child of an American citizen and most Americans will not see the difference. And. I assure you, no Court will grant you the difference.
The Supremes have all but spoken in that the EC must determine this. They already did.
This case is closed. No way, no how does Obama get invalidated. Even if you prove to be technically correct with this argument, you will not change the facts on the ground.
The facts on the ground are this: Barack Obama is going to be the next President of the United States and no Democrat Senate will impeach him. His term in office will go to Jan 20, 2013.
Get used to this idea.
Nothing here can or will change that.
What ever gave you the idea the case is closed?...The SCOTUS has coference scheduled for the Berg cases on two different days and the NJ and CN cases are still listed as pending.
If you have been following these cases you would have known that there is no “standing” for citizens until BO has become President Elect and that doesn’t happen until congress meets next week. (BTW the SCOTUS has schedule their first conference the day after)
IOW, wave the white flag, give up, never fight if the odds aren’t good, just grovel, get used to it, etc.
