Congress passed a law in 1960 that specifically said: “And the children of citizens of the United States, that may be born beyond sea, or out of the limits of the United States, shall be considered as natural born citizens.”

The Constitution does not define what a natural born citizen is, Congress has defined it.

There are other sources on the web:

The following link shows that changing rules for whether or not a child automatically gained citizenship. By these rules, you see that McCain was born a Citizen, because both parents were Citizens. You also see here the Obama problem as if he was in fact born in Kenya he was not born a citizen:

Now, do you guys want to provide a source for your claim that to be natural born you have to be born in the country by two citizens?

Would you please explain the difference between an Act of Congress and an amendment to the Constitution which has been ratified?

I already know that a Resolution from Congress is not an amendment to the Constitution. Therefore Resolution 511 is no more than a statement by Congress...not an amendment.

Guess I will just wait and see what the ruling is from SCOTUS. The buck will obviously stop with them to uphold the Constitution. Happy New Years Day!
