From the looks of it, it seems that is clear. I’ve been saying that state laws need to be passed to prevent this from happening again (re: vetting the candidate, precisely and according to statute). But, there are people here (some) who want to invent such crazy ideas of how they are going to get Obama out of office. They just don’t make any sense.
The only thing that does make sense is their *desire* to get him out of office, but they’ve lost all connection to *reality* and invent such crazy ideas that they think are going to work that have no basis in reality. It’s quite amazing to see such a “melt-down” of common sense...

“If the House certifies the electoral votes on Jan 8, then every single US Citizen will have standing to challenge the legitimacy of Obama’s presidency.
“The Supreme Court scheduled two conferences: one, on Jan 9 (a day after the House meets to certify the Electoral College votes), is to hear Phil Berg’s writ of certiori which will be approved as a mere formality if the House certifies the Electoral vote count thus paving the way to hear the main event: Berg’s injunction to stay the results until Obama proves his eligibility.
“If Obama fails to provide his credentials before taking the Oath of Office, Supreme Court (SCOTUS) will then overturn the election results.
“SCOTUS deliberately chose the day after the House meets on the oft-chance that the House will do the right thing and stay the certification pending Obama’s proof of eligibility. If he fails to do so, then they can invalidate the results.
“If they certify the vote, then SCOTUS is also prepared, as they have scheduled the conference on the injunction on Jan 16 — four days before the swearing in of the President — to trap Obama, who will have no choice but to present his credentials.
