“If the House certifies the electoral votes on Jan 8, then every single US Citizen will have standing to challenge the legitimacy of Obama’s presidency.

“The Supreme Court scheduled two conferences: one, on Jan 9 (a day after the House meets to certify the Electoral College votes), is to hear Phil Berg’s writ of certiori which will be approved as a mere formality if the House certifies the Electoral vote count thus paving the way to hear the main event: Berg’s injunction to stay the results until Obama proves his eligibility.

“If Obama fails to provide his credentials before taking the Oath of Office, Supreme Court (SCOTUS) will then overturn the election results.

“SCOTUS deliberately chose the day after the House meets on the oft-chance that the House will do the right thing and stay the certification pending Obama’s proof of eligibility. If he fails to do so, then they can invalidate the results.

“If they certify the vote, then SCOTUS is also prepared, as they have scheduled the conference on the injunction on Jan 16 — four days before the swearing in of the President — to trap Obama, who will have no choice but to present his credentials.

“If he fails to prove his qualifications, then SCOTUS can invalidate the election.

“If that does not happen; meaning, if Obama is allowed to walk free from this, then from the moment he recites the “pledge to uphold the constitution,” he becomes guilty of perjury and has no validity, whatsoever, to serve as President.

“Our armed forces are already pledged to uphold and defend the Constitution, meaning they should, and will, refuse to follow any orders he might give as a bogus Commander-in-Chief.

“The floodgates on personal lawsuits against the President will have been opened, and anyone suffering any kind of damages, be they financial, physical, psychological, educational, medical, and all sorts of civil rights violations, will have been opened, and effectively handcuffing the President from acting as President.”
