A private investigator in Hawaii has uncovered the divorce decree for Barack Obama's father and mother, which indicates they had "one child under the age of eighteen, born in Kenya." That is the report of Ed Hale of PlainsRadio.com, an Internet radio site which has focused upon the natural born Citizen challenges to Obama's presidential eligibility.
Hale announced this during his evening Internet broadcast on PlainsRadio.com, Tuesday, 12/30 and confirmed it with I.O. in an online interview, later that night. He reported that certified copies of this documentation have been sent from Hawaii by the investigator to himself and four others. Hale is to receive his copy today, Wednesday, 12/31 and plans to post it graphically on the site, during the day. He will also discuss this on a special Internet broadcast, between 6 pm and 10 pm Central Time, tonight. The site streams audio as soon as it is accessed via Web browser.

The Texan Internet entrepreneur relates he got fed up with the lack of documentation on Obama and decided to discuss ideas with his radio audience. His offer to hire an investigator was met with piecemeal sums of money from listeners to his broadcasts. Hale said some of the information one would expect to find was not available. For example, documentation from Obama's mother Stanley Ann's divorce to her second husband, Lolo Soetoro, had vanished. Hale speculates, the reason this forthcoming 1964 divorce decree had not also been "scrubbed" could be that the divorce had been filed not by Obama's mother, but by Barack H. Obama, Sr. Thus, it may have been overlooked by any plumbers for Obama.
Hale does admit to incomplete certainty of his investigator's work until he receives it, partially due to the PI's accent, the telephone connection, and his slight hearing impediment. However, he is very confident of what he will receive during the day. Mark S. McGrew, who writes about Obama's natural born Citizen problems for Pravda.ru, accompanied Hale in his broadcast and also expressed confidence. McGrew had sought publication in numerous American news outlets, but they turned down his articles referring to Obama's apparent ineligibility. Russia's Pravda however, decided his effort to find and report the truth was not to be redlined.
As often related, Barack Obama, due simply to his U.K. citizenship at birth via his Kenyan father, is not a natural born Citizen of America, by definition and the original intent of that term. The Supreme Court has turned down cases which make this point, but according to a September decision in a lower federal court (regarding John McCain's eligibility problem), this would be due to a question of jurisdiction, until Congress is to certify the Electoral College vote on January 8. Further action is to occur, after this date. You may read about this in previous I.O. articles and the sites linked in its sidebar.
Meanwhile, on the question of Obama's place of birth, professionals dealing with documents and forensic evidence have testified that the online "certificate of live birth" provided by Obama is not identifiable evidence of American birth. Now, if Obama's parents' divorce decree states that he was born in Kenya (as his Kenyan grandmother has repeatedly stated), the second epistemological wheel is coming off his vehicle to the White House.

Point taken about the Clintonistas stuffed into Zero's cabinet, but really, wouldn't she have used it to get the big prize seven or eight months ago when they were fighting tooth and nail for Rat primary votes?
It's certainly possible that the Beest has come up with something to use since he went over the top with delegate numbers, but it wouldn't be from a public record that anyone could have laid their hands on a year or two ago.
Unless Barry had the file sealed. It would show up in a docket listing when that event occurred, even if it did not allow the contents of the divorce file to be revealed.
I believe Hale did mention on the show last night that the documents had been sent two day but a delivery service insider had taken it upon himself to expedite the request to next day ??
Which of course makes the entire operation look either very amateurish or gives it a huge loophole like all the other claims he has put out thus far. Sit back, relax and don’t hold your breath. :)
It would be ironic justice. Obama derailed his Senate GOP opponent Ryan by using Ryan’s divorce records against him. Now it this PI result is true that thru Obama father’s divorce reocrds show that he is not natural born would truly prove what goes around comes around. There is a God and there is a heaven.

Things like this are the Obamabots worst nightmare. I think they believe there’s something there and hope it stays hidden forever. This issue gets them stoked on any blog.

It is..., it is... just like Chief Editor Korir. Of course, the Chief had his “tiff” with Ed Hale, too — back then. Ole Ed threatened to sue the Chief and the Chief was pretty incensed about the whole deal.
But, they both made up and now good ole Chief Editor Korir is giving Ed Hale some hints about how to boost his Internet audience. The Chief says he’s got a “sure fire method” for making sure people come back to his web site everyday!
Oh, by the way..., I hear some rumors that the package was misplaced and they’re putting a trace out on it right now. It shouldn’t take any more than a week to find it — unless — the Obama team had something to do with this.
LOL! It's only unavoidably delayed until 1/2, after which it will be delayed until 1/5, and then a blind, deaf PI will be dispatched from Russia to investigate the suspicious disappearance, (after sufficient funds are solicited for his airfare). He'll be poisoned though, along the way.
It's all very easy to predict, once you get the hang of it.

You know..., that’s exactly what everyone was posting to ole Chief Editor Korir, over at the API (African Press International). The Chief assured everyone that he was working on it as fast as possible, and once he cleared it with the FBI, the CIA, the President, Cheney (and Palin), along with his lawyers and Berg, too — and got Ed Hale off his back — then he would be clear to post it — without delay.
But, then there was that Muslim cleric who flew into England to bring Obama’s birth certificate that he snuck out of Kenya and his life was in danger. And so, that put a delay on everything, but you can understand the importance of getting that birth certificate from that Muslim cleric. He was “in hiding” in England and they were trying to find him, too.
But, the CIA called Chief Editor Korir and told him about the “complications” of releasing those tapes, so the Chief said he had to fly to Canada to talk to his Canadian lawyers, because he couldn’t have an American lawyer because Obama would be able to interefere. So, Berg had to fly up to Canada, as Berg had the “American rights” to release the tapes in the U.S.A.
Well..., anyway, you get the idea...

You needed to have followed “Chief Editor Korir” over at API (African Press International) to see how Ed Hale learned how to do this. At one time Ed Hale was threatening the chief with big trouble if he didn’t turn over the “Michelle Obama tape” that the Chief Editor had, that said Obama was born in Kenya. This was all before the election and the “ole Chief” had everyone going until long after the election was over.
Finally the Chief said that in the interests of not causing a lot of trouble for Obama, he met with his team and the Chief agreed to turn over the tape to them. So, he wanted to respect Obama’s wished and not cause trouble...

What about Dandy Andy Martin, doesn’t he fit into that story somehow? He must have held a press conference (that no one attended) somewhere in the story.
Ummm..., this is a story that you build as you go. It’s like Lego building blocks. Feel free to “update” as you wish...
i think someone has photos of what happened when the power went out in Honolulu. gave somebody a chance to get into the vault without setting off the alarm.
The lawsuit failed, but instead of making good use of his remaining time by simply going to the records department and looking up the damn divorce decree of the Obama's, he held another press conference for another BLOCKBUSTER ANNOUCEMENT, that he would sue some other state government entity (fill in the blank with your choice). When that failed, he couldn't afford another night's stay in Hawaii, so he returned home.
So it is that the present drama could have been avoided if only all the selfless and self-effacing crusading investigative journalists, lawyers and late-night radio hosts had coordinated their efforts and done just one bit of actual document research during the past year.
Not that I blame them, of course, since it's hard to do research when you're holding press conferences, getting arrested in Kenya, meeting with lawyers in Canada or trying to decipher phone calls when you're hard of hearing.
Not to mention the fact that it's much more fun to imagine what a document says, then to actually read the document and find out.
It’s all very easy to predict, once you get the hang of it. ***I wouldn’t have gotten the blind part of the PI from Russia. These guys are so clever.

It’s a tactic that Ed Hale learned from Chief Editor Korir over at API (African Press International). The ole Chief perfected the technique so well that Ed has picked up on it to get extra visitors to his site. It worked extremely well with the Michelle Obama tape that said she knew that Obama was born in Kenya...
