The predominantly Arab-American crowd carried Palestinian and American flags, and many wore traditional kaffiyehs around their necks or on their heads

They were strangely quiet while hamas was raining more than 8000 rockets down on Israeli civilians during the “cease fire.”

Now the Israelis are “NAZIS.” I say ship these ass-hats over to Sderot, and use THEM as human shields. Not that it would ever stop hamas from shelling them. It would just be to give them a new perspective.

It’s hard to believe that was taken in America. Its hard to believe that Jews joined in with these Muslims.

Where did these people come from.? How do they get organised so quickly? The signs and banners show proof that this protest is well organised. It’s like the Nazi-Bund of WW2 fame, and just as dangerous. How many likely terrorists were in that crowd?

"We also want to remind Barack Obama that we voted for him because he talked about hope and change, and we want to make sure that he honors our hope for a change in U.S. policy in the Middle East."

So did millions of Americans hear "hope" and "change" and then think "Obama supports exactly what I support?" If so, Obama has a tough four years ahead.

Don't get to excited. Remember the MSM rule of thumb. If its a leftist group of ten people, capture the entire group in the photo making sure to crop the edges where the crowd peters out and claim it was a “large crowd. If its a conservative group of ten-thousand, don't even take a picture, and maybe mention that there was a protest.

Same thing happened here in Atlanta. We are not exactly known for our large Arab population.

Sad but true. The Fort Dix Six came from this area. Philly has had a lot of problems with Black Muslim types as well..

The people in Philadelphia are disgusting for allowing this to happen there.

The point you missed is that in that protest, Moslems and Jews stood side by side - isn't that the sort of thing you need to see in I/P itself for the war over there to end? For Christians, Jews and Moslems to find some common ground and work together?

It's the same as in Northern Ireland a few years ago.

The people inside the communities in Northern Ireland were uniting across the sectarian divide, uniting to demand peace. Some people outside the province were demanding the same.

The efforts of those people were constantly undermined by armchair commentators in the UK and America who had no direct knowledge of what it was like to be caught in the middle, and took sides without actually knowing what the "cause" they supported actually meant to the people it supposedly "benefited" - i.e. the people who were menaced by the very people being funded to protect them.

I guess its all in how you interpret it.

You see you view that as being a great thing Jews and Muslims gathering to oppose the war.

I see it as Jews who arent smart enough to figure out that these same Muslims want them dead and if given the chance would kill them on the spot.

Certainly they stand side by side in condemning Jews, but why arent they protesting the Hamas shooting rockets over to kill Jews? How many Muslims do you suppose would stand beside Jews protesting Hamas shooting rockets and Missiles at Israel.?

For Christians, Jews and Muslims to find some common ground and work together?

Unfortunately in this case the common ground is disdain for the State of Israel
