Egyptians open fire on Palestinians
Google News ^ | December 28, 2008 | Press Association

Egyptian border guards have opened fire on Palestinians who breached the border to escape Israel's assault on Hamas in the Gaza Strip.

An Egyptian security official said there were at least five breaches along the nine-mile border and hundreds of Palestinian residents were pouring in.

At least 300 Egyptian border guards have been rushed to the area to reseal the border, the official added on condition on anonymity because he was not authorised to speak to the press.

A resident of the Gaza Strip side of the border, Fida Kishta, said that Egyptian border guards opened fire to drive back the Palestinians.

The dirty little secret the either doesn’t know or doesn’t want to admit is that the Arab world has little use for the Palestinians too.

The dirty little secret is that the rest of the Arab world has little concern for the Palis. Their use to them is that they act as a destabilizer against Israel through terrorism.

The Palis are caught like rats and it's the fault of the Arab world. And you never said they were rats. You said they were like rats. The liberal twisting of language for the purpose of manipulation casts a long shadow on too many minds.

“Israel and Egypt seem to understand the importance of defending their borders. What’s up with us?”

I believe you know the answer to this question considering the border policy has been the same since the 1980’s. Doing what is hard is not politically expediant.

So now hardship comes to America and we will be forced to deal with it ill prepared. In the end, I am a fan of red, white and blue but first, we have a leadership problem that will right itself when the population finishes waking up through economic pain.

“I would think that not all Palestinians are into the political struggle.

There must me some apolitical Palestinians who just want to live in peace and are just trying to escape the bombs and missles.

From that standpoint, it’s wrong to make light of people dying, don’t you think?”

I agree. It’s distasteful.

Palestinians are used as pawns by the Arab states and Iran. Other Arabs do not like Palestinians, especially the ones from the Gulf States, like Saudi Arabia. Iranian government supports terrorist groups in Palestine, while the Iranian people have lost love for and despise them.

Except for the fact this SH!+ has been going on for a long, long time.

If you want to feel sorry for people dying, get involved with the charities and other organizations in THIS COUNTRY who are trying to help the families of our fallen heroes.

For people in this country to sit on their complacent and collective A$$ES and decry the death of people who are, IMO, our unappeasable enemies is more than distasteful. It is appalling beyond words.

You might also try reading the posted article about effects on just one person involving "law abiding immigrants" of which you speak:

"......One of them is Kelly Walter, a Green Valley resident and staff member of the Green Valley News, who says she sees illegal immigrant activity on her property weekly. Protecting her home against illegal immigrant activity has cost her a total of $14,000 since she moved into her Country Club Vistas home five years ago, she said.

That cost includes a brick wall surrounding her back patio, a fence, a home security system, a motion-activated security light, and a garage where a carport used to be. She also replaced her windows and security doors two years ago after she had seen “illegal immigrants standing outside the front door at 2 in the morning, smoking cigarettes,” she said....."

2) I hereby give permission to anyone - and all sides - to use whatever I say for whatever propaganda war they like. If those who oppose the Palestians, or even those who oppose the Israelis, want to use that comment for propaganda...HAVE AT IT! Feel free.

Here, here. Bravo and add me to the document authorizing use of whatever I say about muslim terrorist, whatever name they use, or Propaganda purposes.

They will make sh** up if they have to so not saying anything will not help.

People who moan about what others say about the killing of terrorists are simply CS, no other term for it.

The same type of people who cave in to all dictators, totalitarians, etc. whenever they pop up in history. "OH," they say, "don't treat them badly or talk badly about them or they will hurt us". Well the bas***** will hurt us no matter what we say or do, so I will say what I want.

This is a learning moment for the Palestinian people brought to them by the Democracy, a system of government where the people, collectively, get what they deserve.

Next time they have an election, hopefully they will remember where Hamas has brought them, notice the relative peace in the West Bank, and make a better choice instead.

didn’t Hamas support him in the election?

Maybe the decision was made to start raids before Barrie 0 gets involved.

It’s not a fair assessment to describe Fatah, under it’s current leadership, as a terrorist organization. Their leader, Abbas, has rightly blamed Hamas for starting this.

CS = Chicken Shit, a well known phrase in use in America. Perhaps you are from another country? IMO, anyone who thinks we should quail and quiver and not say "certain" things about the terrorist scum bag bas***** that call themselves Palestinians are CS. Does that clarify things for you? I don't think a link is needed, do you?

Nobody’s whining about the Palestinians who are dying as a result of collateral damage due to the laser-guided missile strikes.

The statement you are quoting is about the Palestinians being shot trying to escape the carnage and fleeing into Egypt.

Read the thread and the article for a change....

Here's another couple of "articles" to read DCPatriot. HAMAS Legalizes the Crucifixion of Christians and other Enemies and Hamas "Explains" Use of Civilians as Human Shields.

Every life is precious as we are taught in Sunday School. But sometimes there's a price to pay, a side to choose, and war IS hell.

First, that's a vast overreaction to a very very small percentage of the illegal alien population. Secondly, you aren't going to be able to make a general argument out of ONE specific story, or even 100. There are millions of illegals here. MOST by a LARGE amount are law abiding and productive. If they are working and productive, just $4000 a year of spending each more than makes them productive to the overall economy.

Immigrants are an easy target and they always have been. Jews, Italians, Polish, Irish, etc have all been maligned by those who are just too anxious to assign the bad acts of a few to the entire population.

I live in GA, 80% of men in prison are black. What does that mean about my black neighbor? NOTHING. I am just sick of the bullshit whining about illegals. I guarantee you that your house, your food and most of what you consume is cheaper and easier for you to obtain because of illegal workers.

Be careful what you wish for, you might get it.
