We have all been annoyed by the backward-hat crowd, whether pulling up alongside us with blaring music, sauntering around in crappy clothes at the malls, and just plain looking stupid. Just saw on MSNBC our President-Elect saunter out of a store in a white t-shirt and blue jogging pants with his hat on backwards and a scowl on his face. When he saw a crowd, he reached up and turned his hat around the right way and broke into a big toothy smile as he went up to shake hands with the totally young crowd all pleased with their Messiah.
A backwards hat always drops my estimate of a person’s IQ by 75 points. Never fails!
The meaning of the word dignity should be reviewed with the Obama team!

Try wearing a helmet on your motorcycle rather than a hat.
The helmet won’t blow off and keeps your head from getting crushed when you rear end somebody.

When you see a person wearing a backwards hat you pretty much are correct in assuming they work in a warehouse for $8 per hour or are just posers.
A few years ago, I was in a mall at Christmas time. I saw a group of four black teenage boys wearing hats (backward) with price tags still on them. I walked over to a security guard and told him that those boys shoplifted hats and are wearing them. He smiled, and told me “Ma’am, that’s how the kids wear them now.” I said, “You’re kidding, right?”
“My bad” — as they are saying now. I’m down with it, though....for sure.

I went to a book store this morning and was shocked to see almost every magazine had a picture of Obama on the cover. Cult of personality has arrived. Wonder when we get a picture of Comrade Obama to hang on the wall, just like Stalin.
