Comes as he spends a private holiday with his family in Hawaii...With less a month before Obama takes office on Jan. 20, he is taking every step possible to make sure this holiday is as private as possible something he bemoaned while walking to a driving range last Sunday.
"OK, guys," Obama said, recognizing the photographers snapping pictures. "Come on. ... How many shots do you need?"

Did MS Obama NBC mention how he was basically ignored by the troops when he visited there, nah I doubt it
I amazed that in he isn’t the President yet and he resigned his Senate seat ... they actually let him on the base.
Dear Leader #1 was dissed by the Troops when he “visited” them when they were having their Christmas dinner. They were polite but cold.
I saw another thread about this, but nowhere did it mention anything about 0 wishing them a Merry Christmas. Hey, I thought he said he was a Christian.
Jake Tapper was the one who first reported the lack of enthusiasm among the troops. I’ve noticed a couple times that Tapper’s been the one who subtlely found a way to remark on Obama’s shortcomings.
I have read it a couple of times and still don't have stinking clue as to what he said.
WTH is a common destiny???
Not even worthy of a Golf Ping.
I didn't. Your stomach is obviously stronger than mine. I think this is going to be like the Clinton years...8 years of frenzied channel switching when the Great One comes on TV.
Hell in a handbasket.
The poor guy, he was stuck with the position of President-Elect and life as he knows it is no longer.
Give him his space for crying out loud. /s
Hey he accepted this gig. The only thing I can think to feel happy about is he is going to have to spend lots of time with Michelle.
Tiger Woods he ain’t ... on or off the course.
I've made similar comments about Tapper on different threads throughout this election cycle. Jake Tapper has been tough on Republican candidates, but he has also been one the few (perhaps only) journo that has had less than flattering things to say about Obama and his campaign. I guess, as a conservative Republican, that's the best we can hope for - tough on both parties and their candidates
Sadly, Jake Tapper may be the last honest reporter in America.
National Suicide
The purchase of TV remotes is going to spike again just like in the '90's via replacement by wearing out of mute and channel change buttons.
Invest now in remotes and reap. : )
Our Common Destiny With the “Big O” is -
Everything in our lives is to be sacrificed on the altar of “Global Warming” - unless it keeps on freezing up in the world, and then they’ll stress it as “Climate Change” - and then we will be sacrificed on the altar of “Climate Change”.
We will be taxed into oblivion to add to the taxes into oblivion we already pay.
We are sentenced to listening to “Uhbama” for at least four years, and with Acorn a permanent fixture, probably indefinitely. Ditto Nancy Pelosi.
Most likely a dismal economy since that’s what socialists want. Gloom, doom and despair enough for all!
But, we’ll be told in a year that, indeed, “The One” has made the oceans go down one-sixteenth of an inch - and a paid government holiday called “Oceans Going Down Day” will be declared by “Uh”.
MSNBC doesn’t have a comments section. Gee, I wonder why.
“Come on. ... How many shots do you need?”
We need one of you picking your nose sir. Something to justify our big expense accounts to our failing companies.
