But, you could pray that God restrains his hand in what he might be able to do and protect us conservatives from the damage that could be done. In other words, it’s also praying for Obama if one prays that Obama does the righteous thing, according to God — no matter how improbable it may seem... :-)
And the Jews could have prayed that Hitler would see the light and set them free...
Fine. I guess there was not much else for them to do, past a certain point.
But we, here, still have other options.
But anyway, like I said, I respect your point of view and don’t really want to argue with you personally about this. I am not questioning your personal beliefs or opinions on this matter at all, just stating how I feel.
