That’s Corruption I Can Believe In.Of course all the media keeps on saying is that “Obama has been cleared” with a huge smile on their face

this fad of parenthesizing headlines is a bit confusing — I’m pretty sure AP would never put something like that in their headline.

The office of the president elect is forever tainted. LOL
Zero can’t even keep a made up office clean.

The nerve of that investigator! Doesn’t he know that The One already investigated Himself, and declared Himself innocent?

In the midst of two wars and an intensifying economic meltdown, Barack Obama had to take time off last week to answer questions from federal prosecutors investigating charges that the governor of Illinois had put the president-elect's former Senate seat up for sale. It's gotten worse. In the midst of two wars that he denounced and promised to end as soon as he was able, and an economic meltdown that he was bribed not to reign in, he's had to take time off to vacation in Hawaii! Poor guy!
I wonder if he'll make a solemn announcement that his grandmother in Hawaii just died. Again.

In the midst of two wars and an intensifying economic meltdown, Barack Obama had to take time off last week to answer questions from federal prosecutors...Note to the AP: Barack Hussein Obama is in the middle of nothing but planning his transition. He has no responsibility for dealing with the two major fronts of the war on terror, nor the economy. He is a private citizen.
Can anyone imagine the AP writing a sympathetic intro like that for President Bush whenever he has faced questioning by investigators? I don't think so.

The poor dear.
At the risk of pointing out the obvious: 0bama has exactly no legal responsibilities at this juncture.

Gee, I wonder if AP put it this way in their story about Obama taking time off this week to go to Hawaii on vacation?

Vely Intelesting. . .
As with Scooter Libby, Obama should realize being innocent of the original charge is no guarantee of anything.
I think this is a Wonderful “Beginning” for a Politician from Chicago assuming an elected office . A little Heart to Heart talk with the Authorities.

My guess is he’ll come up with some a sob story and bow out, before returning from Hawaii. Safe place to be maybe, come to think.

Goodness. It really is the klynton years all over again. Our founding fathers are spinning in their graves right now. Forget global warming. I would be more concerned that their spinning may cause the rotation of the earth to slow or even stop.

I heard the report of Obama’s investigator. Rahm had several contacts (I guess 21 counts as several), but Obama knew nothing. It sure sounded to me like Rahm never made a report to Obama, never consulted Obama between contacts with Blago, etc. Just doesn’t add up unless there was INTENTIONAL deniability.

The report said Emanuel recommended Jarrett for the Senate seat in an early discussion with Blagojevich before he learned that Obama did not want to communicate any preference. Afterward, Emanuel gave Harris a list of other candidates whom Obama felt were qualified. But at no time was any quid pro quo discussed, according to the report.
What a bunch of lies and BS
