IMO we have been since FDR was elected. Its just that we serfs are finally recognizing it. From my vantage point here in the PRNY, the serfs are quite enthusiastic for it. They couldn't put Her Heinous in there fast enough and now they're clamoring for either Caroline Kennedy or Andrew Cuomo, both on the basis of name.
