His statement that he is qualified. A person is allowed his own testimony to the facts of a case.
When you provide proof in court that this is a forged document, then I’ll know that this is what it is. In the meantime, when a person provides documentation, that operates under the principle that it’s true.
I bring documentation into an office that demands certain things from me (perhaps a bank statement or an IRS form showing income, or a social security card). Now, I carry them in and they don’t tell me, right off the bat that these are fake document. No, they accept them, because I’ve told them that these are my documents.
Now..., if they can prove that these are fakes, then they will. But, they won’t and don’t do that, because they accept it, up front, as true documents. If someone else comes in and proves that my documentation is false, then whomever I showed will probably be coming after me... LOL..
So, since no one has “come in” and shown that Obama’s statement and documentation is false, that means to me that either his assertion is true, or else he has high-qualify CIA-spy-like documentation... :-)
No one has shown or proven or had a court case that has made the case that they are fake. When they do make that case and prove it — then you can let me know. In the meantime, they are just like the documents I bring in to any office or employer or government agency, when they ask me for documentation.
He has spent somewhere around $1mil using 3 law firms fighting against showing his long form birth certificate. The only BC he has shown was on his DailyKos web site and it was proven a forgery by no less than 3 experts. His word means nothing either.
