ARTICLE SNIPPET: “At a press conference, Sheriff Russ Isham says authorities are not sure if the bomber acted alone.

Russ Isham: “The task force investigation noted that the individual responsible for making the bomb possesses several skills that may help the public solve this crime, including welding and electronics.”

Detectives say they believe items used in the bombing, including a cell phone, were purchased in Bend, in late November.

The arrest was made Sunday evening in the Salem area.”
