The water was flowing and permeating out of our yards so heavily it cracked the asphalt and came up through the road.

That's a lot of rain! St. Johns River Basin was a record high. Higher than after the hurricanes in 2004.

It is very reasonable that the volunteer search units missed this bag with a 30 lb. toddler in it.
