This is a good example why a non-commercial, political speech site should be able to grab and post full excerpts of any online news article - its Orwellian to see news “disappear” after its done its damage or before it can do its damage - I know you fought against the copyright claims but if FReeRepublic is not a fair use then nothing is. Sigh.
That is probably the real reason JimRob was sued to begin with. They can’t change the news with FR archiving it.
