If Obama was born in Kenya, he would be ineligible to be president period in my opinion. However, the Donofrio case assumes him to be born in Hawaii. It was a different issue and not a good one. Where is the evidence that Obama was born in Kenya? Why would a Hawaiian birth certificate not constitute proof he was born in Hawaii? None of this make sense.
Supposedly there is a tape of Obama’s Kenyan grandmother saying he was born in Kenya, but the people who supposedly made the tape have been promising for weeks they were just about to release it, but then there is always another excuse for not doing so.
So, just like the “Whitey” tape which was also promised us over and over again in “a few days”, the odds are that it doesn’t exist.

In that example that I gave you. Denofrio believes that he wouldn’t be “natural born” by the presumption of law because he would be a dual citizen with Britian/Kenya.
His mother was not old enough to transfer her own citizenship to him, so Denofrio suggests that he would not be a “natural born” citizen even if he was born in Hawaii.
Which I don’t necessarily agree with.
