If Thomas, Scalia, Roberts, and Alito all say that he is qualified but they are not going to release the vault copy for privacy reasons, would you accept that?

(Just as an explanation, “Constitutional Law” doesn’t mean what most people think it means. It means “study of court rulings having to do with the Constitution”. It does NOT mean “study of what the Constitution means”.)

No, because I think America deserves full disclosure of its President. However, if the SCOTUS rules that he is in fact Constitutionally elegible for the office then of course he can be inaugurated on 1/20. The doubt and conspiracy about what exists or doesn’t exist on his vault copy of the BC is sure to prove a divisive point to a President that ran on being able to bring the country together as a transformational figure, don’t you think?
