It is uncontested that his father was a British/Kenyan citizen, and his stepfather was an Indonesian.
He was born and grew up with divided loyalties, and cannot possibly be a natural born citizen of the USA in the traditional legal meaning of that term.
In addition, it seems very likely to me that Barry was born in Mombasa, Kenya, and has never been a US citizen of any kind.
He’s probably our first illegal-alien President.
The "traditional legal meaning," as outlined in common law textbooks and in several US Supreme Court decisions, is equivalent to "native-born" or "citizen at birth."
There are only two categories of US citizens, natural-born and naturalized.
If Obama was born in HI, he's natural-born.
If he was born elsewhere, the issue gets complicated, but he may still be eligible.
