Heh? SCOTUS didn’t cover anything up in the 2000 election. Mark Levin has an entire chapter devoted to the recount issue in his book “Men in Black.”
So I suggest YOU read a book. Read “Men in Black” by Mark Levin (paying careful attention to chapter 11, “The Court Counts the Ballots”).
Then we can play show-and-tell and compare book reports: I’ll tell you what I found in Article II, Section I of the “Constitution of the United States”; you tell me what you found in chapter 11 of “Men in Black.”

In the case of a child born to one U.S. citizen parent and one alien parent, the U.S. citizen parent now had only to be physically present in the United States or its outlying possessions prior to the child’s birth for 10 years, at least 5 of which were after the age of 14. “Physical presence” was different from the concept of “residence” which had applied under the previous statute. The physical presence requirement could be satisfied by mere presence in the United States even if the person had not established a legal residence there.
The physical presence requirement was intended to preclude extended absences from the United States during the required period. However, it was found to be too restrictive. In 1966, Congress passed an amendment which, for children born on or after December 24, 1952, permitted the transmitting U.S. citizen parent to count presence abroad in the following capacities towards the physical presence requirement:
1. honorable service in the United States Armed Forces;
2. EMPLOYMENT by the United States Government;
3. employment by an international organization with which the United States is associated; or
4. physical presence abroad as a dependent unmarried son or daughter and a member of the household of a person employed in one of the above categories.

Funny, before i just logged back on, i was thinking about such a poll, though i then got flashbacks to the massive amount polls we discussed here during the past 90 days or so.
But i think the better poll I’d like to see is a national poll of whether people want to see the actual proof of natural born citizenship before the inauguration. That is something I would be interested to know.
i do not know if this particular case is the best case for the Court to hear or not. There are others moving through the system. i’d like them to hear the strongest case, and not toss it on mere threshold matters like standing.
Because this issue needs to be heard- there should be notice to the parties to produce their best cases, and an opportunity to be heard on the controversy at issue.
We, as Americans, deserve to know the truth about these things. Without threats of rioting interfering with people’s judgment. Without claims of racism.

This would have been terribly risky for the Bureau, and if it was ever made public - no! They would never have set this up. The PR risks alone make it unfeasible.
No, I don’t want a rerun of the election: I want it made public that Senator Obama is a fraud and ineligible to be President as per Article II, Section I, clause 5 or the United States Constitution. (The Democrat Party has not certified that either Barack Obama or Joseph Biden are “qualified” to be President or Vice President, only that they are “nominees”).
The facts are simple. The Senator has even admitted he had dual citizenship at birth: British and U.S. That makes Senator Obama a British citizen, and once attained at birth, you’re a Brit forever.
So if he was born in Hawaii, as he claims, then he is “native born” with dual citizenship, BUT because one of his parents is a foreign national, he is not “natural born” (having two parents who are citizens) and therefore ineligible to be President. The other requirement is that one be born within the United States or its territory. Senator McCain is also ineligible, as he was born in Colon, Republic of Panama, years before the U.S.Navy hospital would be built. Senator McCain’s parents were both U.S citizens so he has “citizenship by statute”.
Both McCain and Obama were given large cash donations by George Soros.
Barack H. Obama Sr. registered his son as a British citizen with the colonial government in Kenya, and then later as a Kenyan citizen with the new government after independence. Senator Obama does not dispute these facts.
One cannot have split allegiences and serve as President of the United States.
The political parties are supposed to certify to the various Secretary of States that their nominees meet the required qualifications of the political offices they seek.
The Democrats did not do this. They sent a letter that certified that that Senator Obama and Senator Biden were nominees. Nancy Pelosi, Speaker of the House, signed the letters.

Heck his life accomplishments (?) or true story are all under lock and key except what may be true in his ghost written books. This whole issue is about protecting our Country and Constitution and he’s challenging all by not addressing requirements. So I’m not going to “get over it” either as it’s not right and he will never be my President. Hell, He literally bought the election along with the Dem SOP of voter fraud which is accentuated by the activities of the ACORN malignancy. Our system of voting needs to be overhauled i.e., pictured ID, polling tests and perhaps even having “status” as a taxpayer or landowner.

I think this scenario is entirely possible and would explain how Obama was able to get all of these things sealed.
It would also explain this weird thing of how there are no people that come forward about his past.
There is the guy who participated in the Bay Of Pigs invasion exiled to the US who claimed in an email that Ann was pregnant when she left Cuba. He says he got this information from his former CIA contacts. HOwever, it is never been proven he actually authored this email .

He said that “Disproving Honolulu is child’s play. You’ve already shown that the birth certificate put forward by Obama (whose people privately are not denying Mombasa, by the way) is a fake. Why fake it? If he was born in Honolulu he could obtain a genuine one. Hawaii Dept of Health would hardly denounce a potential presidential candidate’s birth certificate as fraudulent without cross-checking birth records for August 1961. I have never believed in conspiracy theories; not Elvis lives, the lunar landing staged, JFK assination, 9/11 inside job, Illuminati, floride in the water, or Roswell. I do believe that there is SOMETHING dirty in the Obama citizenship issue. I don’t know what it is but there is something dirty.
